• Many improvements made from Dell's previous 30" model, the U3011.
• Sturdy and highly ergonomic stand with swivel, pivot, tilt, and height adjustment.
• Perfect AG coating that reduces glare without an overly grainy or fuzzy effect.
• Thin and lightweight design for such a large display.
• Backlight uniformity is very good, with virtually no bleeding even in a dark room.
• Included game mode provides acceptable performance for most gamers with only 3.2ms of total display lag.
• Contrast ratios and black levels are relatively good for an IPS monitor.

- Negatives

• PWM used for backlight dimming, though at a high frequency (2500Hz) that shouldn't be a problem for most users.
• Response time exhibits excessive overshoot in certain situations that may cause problems for fast paced gaming.
